This is an extremelly easy and convenient way to pay for your items. To
add items to your basket just click on the Add to Cart button for your
item and it will be added automatically. You will then be given the option
to carry on adding items, complete to the checkout procedure or cancel
the order.
If you do not have a Paypal account please do not worry, credit card and
debit cards can still be used through Paypals encrypted software for safe
payment.
(C) In some circumstances we will accept UK cheques.
If you would like to use this option then please DO NOT use the
Add to Cart button but contact us on enquiries@hobbyquest.co.uk. Within
in your email please list the item(s) that you wish to purchase and total
price.
We will then contact you regarding availability and shipping costs.
Payment Options - Outside UK.
(A) DO NOT not use the basket
to make your purchases, (as this is only for UK purchases) but send us
an email with your order and address including the destination country to enquiries@hobbyquest.co.uk quoting
any discount codes.
(B) We can then send you a link to your online quote
which will show the final price with postage costs and any discounts.
(C) Payment can then be made by clicking on the Payment
button on your online quote. All items are purchased using Paypal - Paypal

Delivery.
Delivery Charges. (A) Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate
only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the
Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence.
(B) Where the Goods are to be delivered in instalments,
each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the
Seller to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with
these Conditions or any claim by the Buyer in respect of any one or more
instalments shall not entitle the Buyer to treat the Contract as a whole
as repudiated.
(C) If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods
or fails to give the Seller adequate delivery instructions at the time
stated for delivery then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy
available to the Seller, the Seller may:-
(i)Store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the
reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage: or (ii) sell the Goods
at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable
storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over
the Contract price or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the Contract
price.
Damages.
(A) Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and/or shortages
must be noted on carriers delivery sheet immediately and notice in writing
given to Seller within 3 days of receipt of goods. Non Delivery - Claims
for non delivery must be made in writing to the Seller within 14 days
of date of dispatch shown on invoice.
(B) Return of Goods: All goods to be returned must be authorised before
return. No unauthorised returns will be accepted. All returned goods that
are not faulty must be unused and returned in the original UNDAMAGED packaging
or they will not be accepted for a credit.
